🛠️ How We Prepare Certified Pre-Owned (CPO)

Every CPO device goes through full inspection and testing before it’s listed. Our checks include:

  • Screen, touch, speakers, mic, camera, vibration

  • Battery health and charging behaviour

  • Buttons, ports, SIM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, mobile data, GPS

  • IMEI/serial verification, factory reset, security locks removed

  • Sanitised and safely packaged for delivery

🚚 Shipping, Returns & Warranty (Quick Facts)

  • Shipping: Free standard delivery nationwide. Most metros receive in 1–3 business days after dispatch.

  • Returns: 7-day change-of-mind on eligible items in original condition.

  • Warranty:

    • New items: Manufacturer warranty (usually 12 months).

    • CPO items: 12-month Power Byte warranty on hardware defects.

    • DOA (dead on arrival): 7-day window for exchange or refund after inspection.
